Hands down this has to be one if not the best little independent cafe's our city has to offer.. Serving the best coffee and scones in town, along with many other handcrafted sandwiches and dishes..Staff are always welcoming and very customer friendly. Despite the cafe being extremely busy, staff always found the time to check on customers ensuring that they had everything they required. This is a credit to the staff and the clear leadership of the management...The seating area inside is very comfortable and clean... Tables are cleared and sanitised quickly. With additional seating outside, this is particularly welcoming when we get our summer days..
Whytes Cafe is a 'must do' if you're having a day out in Carlisle.My wife and I checked the reviews and thought we'd try it for a breakfast....good decision.Can only say excellent service and delicious food, hot but not over cooked. Well done to the staff and cook(s).Home made baking and home made Jam superb!!The cafe has a good atmosphere, is spotless and staff are very helpful and attentive.Thank guys.
Simple.menu,superbly done,excellent quality good value for money.If your staying at the crown and mitre hotel they charge £12 for breakfast your much better off coming here,very Friendly staff.
