Unfortunately I've been going here for years and the food is good without a doubt. The last few times I've spend over £20 a time and was shocked at the small portion of supposedly Large chips.Be careful when ordering LARGE as they will charge you but the portion is ridiculously small, shocking. I complained but they said it will be sortedBe careful fokes don't get short chipped
Venus Fish Bar was my go to place for inexpensive good food. But it no longer is because on my last visit they have significantly increased the price on there food. Like we are all experiencing everything is increasing in price but very price is one BIG increase to many for me..In my opinion it's not because of there increasing wholesale prices It's mainly just greed!!!
Very good service from the staff. They deserve every penny they are paid as they never stop.It's very busy and the portions are well worth the moneyFood is tasty and always cooked well.I would highly recommend a quick meal from here.
