Tri Wellness MD Centre

Went to this Center for a quick check-up and prescription. They checked me in fast and I got to consult with a doctor pretty quick as well. The staff were friendly and approachable. And I was in and out in 15 mins. The pharmacy was a little slow in delivering but overall it was a great experience.

I honestly have never made a review before but I felt compelled too when I got home. My 5 month old baby has been crying and unsettled from what I thought was pain. I have been to emerge, pediatrician and GP and nothing came of it. Today, she was the worse she had been so I called the clinic to ask if they were taking walk-ins. They told me to come right away. When I got there, I barely waited 5 mins and I was in the room with the nurse (who was extremely friendly and caring). The doctor walked in, friendly, compassionate and empathetic towards my daughters cries. He acknowledged her discomfort and thoroughly assessed her (like head to toe). He then said she has ear infection to both ears and thats where all this pain is coming from. I swear I wanted to cry in there because I felt like mine and my daughters feelings were being validated and something actually came of it. As much as it sucks her having this ear infection, my momma heart is happy. So I just wanted to say that I appreciate you more than you think. - one sleep-deprived momma.

I have only been a patient at this clinic for little over a month and I am blown away. I have been having health problems for over 2 years now that I havent gotten ANY answers for. My old GP was not listening to my concerns, refusing to send me for tests, telling me everything was just anxiety. I didnt feel heard or listened to at my old clinic, which is why I made the switch to Tri Wellness. And I am beyond happy. My first appointment I started to explain everything I have been through the last year and Dr. Khalid immediately started sending off referrals to specialists for me (something my old doctor NEVER did), he went through every single result of every single test Ive gotten done in the last year and a half, and he is so kind, patient and helpful. I left the clinic in tears that day - HAPPY tears - because I felt so HEARD and so LISTENED to and that my concerns were valid and finally being taken seriously. Not only that, but the front desk staff are so helpful and kind, they have called to check in on me and ask if I have gotten calls from the specialists yet and asking if they can help with anything or if I need them to send in another referral etc. I seriously am blown away by how amazing I am treated by the doctors and staff here, I have never in my life felt more validated and heard and CARED about by a doctor before. 10/10 recommend.
