Called in walking past whilst taking our dog for a long walk. Extremely nice people and super friendly barman (owner)! The food was absolutely divine 100% recommended
Paid my first visit to The The Cross Keys, and the restaurant Petros (which is at the rear of the building) on Sunday. The girlfriend has family who live in the village of Nafferton, which in itself seems lovely. Have to say both the pub and restaurant are excellent. Was a reasonable sized group of us, and everyone seemed more than happy with their food choices. Along with a lot of classics, the menu also has a bit of a Greek theme to it, which is always fine with me. As well as enjoying my own meal immensely, I was also looking enviously at everyone else's. Which means I'll no doubt be back to try some of the other options. On top of the great food and nice location, the place also has a very welcoming atmosphere and laid-back, friendly staff. Thoroughly recommended
Went for Sunday lunch. Made to feel welcome from booking to leaving. Landlord brilliantAll 6 of us enjoyed the meal. Prices reasonable. Landlord even noticed 4 year olds name and used it. She was really pleasedTotally recommend this pub.
