One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Elk Grove! The only place where you can get deep fried cat fish spring rolls! I come here specifically for this, it's served family style. The beef carpaccio is another favorite of mine here. It's always super fresh and I love all the toppings. I've tried a couple rice plate dishes and they're really good to.
Great family owned restaurant, I order food 4 or 5 days out of the week... no complaints, perfect everytime!
