This Hydrotherapy is by far the best one in town. Luxurious private room with wifi and beverages. The front desk are very professional and caring. The machine is high tech and friendly to operate, the sitting position follows the human body mechanics principle of design strictly, it is very comfortable to stay on it for a long time. I highly recommend this place.

Hi everyone! I have been coming to Puriin Spa for half a year now, and they have always honoured fair pricing along with very being informative, and kind. I have become close with the staff members here, and drive from Langley every single week! I was there the day “Lexi H” had her 1 session and I can stand by the staff at Puriin Spa, that Lexi did not pay for the full package pricing to receive her free session. The staff sympathized with Lexi’s financial situation to allow her to only pay $60.90 as a deposit towards the 300.00$. Only if the total of 300$ was paid in full, then she would receive an additional complimentary session. Lexi took 1 session and asked for a refund turning that 1st session into a free visit all on her own, ***though no package was purchased*** Her 60$ covers 1 session. If Lexi decides to return, Puriin Spa has offered to keep her deposit open despite her negative behaviour. ***I was sitting next to her and witnessed the entire interaction*** Please discredit this “Lexi” and remember that there are people who live to receive free treatment from many honest businesses. I have been in business all my life. It’s unfortunate how many staff members get bullied for free service. It is never fair to cause anyone anxiety, especially after trying to cater to your needs. I have stepped in due to mislead information, and to support a business that has always been good to me. Please make your own personal decisions especially on a company that has so many great reviews already! It says a lot when there is one or two bad eggs in the basket. You don’t throw away/discredit the good eggs. Thank you everyone for reading this and I hope you find your health journey here at Puriin spa. I went here for the Hydrotherapy. I can say that I absolutely loved the place, every thing is extremely clean, all personnel is really kind and knowledgeable, and they make you feel comfortable through the whole process. 100% recommended
