What can I say? This place is a hidden gem in Epping. Impeccable food, coffee and most importantly, service! I travel from Strathmore regularly to eat and have a coffee at Public Domain . I recommend this place highly if you want quality food/coffee and a welcoming experience. See you guys soon! Thanks James Sam Beta
The food and coffee although it took a while to come out was absolutely delicious. The service however was absolutely terrible. We dined in this morning for breakfast, the coffees came out way before the meals which meant it was finished by the time the meal came. Once my breakfast came to the table, the girl asked if I wanted cutlery lol of course I do how else can I eat my scrambled eggs. 5 min went by and still no cutlery. I had to go in and get it myself. My husband waited 10 min after me to get his meal. The place was not that busy either. Such a shame! Its actually a lovely cafe close to home. The service let's it down.
Met our son and his partner here today for brunch (18th June 2022). We ordered 3 coffees, 1 hot chocolate, toasted ham and cheese sandwich and 2 x egg and bacon meals. Service was great. The lady who served us was efficient, unobtrusive and friendly. The meals are presented beautifully and tasted amazing. The real winner for us was the price. So incredibly cheap and such a high standard. My husband and I paid $15 for 1 coffee (mug size), 1 hot chocolate also mug size and an egg and bacon sandwich. The Cafe also sells gifts and is modern, airy and has an outside area if you have pets. Best cafe I have been to in ages.
