I did not get to order but they are getting a 5 star from me for customer service. The girl answering phone during a very busy time went above and beyond to address food allergies with the owner who was very detailed and careful. (Ended up in ER many times from other Indian places even after confirming). Great job!
Just today 28th April, I visited Nirala again, for buy Jilabi and Halim. It was my 4th visit in Pandemic. Still they serve only Take out. The sales girl told ne, Nirala will be open from next week. Its a good news. Jilabi and Halim still give same taste. Quality not change. This is awesome Resturent, They are neet and clean, profeshonal. This resturent give you the real test of pakistani food. There paya( slow cook lamb-goat feet soup) awsome. Also Halua puri is very special. In Halua they use Ghee and didnt use any food color. You can come with group or alone to enjoy the this south Asian restaurent. Staff are very friendly and smiley. In the weekend morning they are so busy with breakfast.This is one of the best in Scarborough.
Ordered special halwa puri breakfast. Because it was sunday so eta was 45 min which makes sense because of so many customers and pre orders. Taste is 5/5. Everything was tasty and delicious. If you are new always order first over weekends if you dont want to wait for 45 mins.
