Lady on the phone was loveley, very professional… before taking order she got all delivery needed questions, so it could be successful . I was told that order will be delivered within 40 minutes but it came much faster.Seafood soup is my favorite… if im going to Chinese restaurant ill always go for seafood soup (if they will have it) and Nanjing has a amazing seafood soup. ????Vegetables in the main dish was cruchy, meat was very soft and chewable, noodles had nice soye-gravy.Aaaand even my picky eating toddlers loved it!Noooom you guys! ????Edit: the mushrooms was a bit sad looking.
Food was fine, tried something new which I didn't like but others in my group ate. Portion of prawn crackers was small but the annoying thing was that we were told 15 mins, then on pick up told a few minutes longer and once 40 mins had passed we were fed up, and watched the same response to everyone after us. They were obviously extremely busy, but if they had said 35 mins then we could have planned round it and not care about the extra 5. No apology, no extra crackers so no one in my group is in a rush to return.There is probably room for another Chinese restaurant in Listowel.
Absolutely a disgrace couldn't get a delivery as I rang in and got told it would be over an hour as the driver still wasn't back from previous delivery. I did ask the girl on the phone was it a male or female driver tonight she told me the male so I siad no i won't bothering ordering thanks as I ordered before Christmas when I got my food 2 hours after ordering it was stone cold. The girl that was on the phone was very polite and rushed off her feet as I could hear the other phone ringing. I siad would never order again after the Christmas incident and chanced it about 3 week ago it was a female driver this time and food was out within 20 mins of me ordering. Its a Saturday night I understand its busy but i recommend you have more than one driver when busy as I think your going to be out of business very soon with this attitude towards customers. No fault of the girl on the phone.
