We bought a portion of chips from here on Friday 12 August. When got home and opened the box the smell was horrendous. There was a weird smell which I can only compare with the smell of baby sick ???? we couldn’t eat them and just binned them. The cooking oil is obviously old too as the chips were covered in black speckles. Merdos was once a great chip shop however after this we won’t be back.
First order of double pepperoni pizza with extras. Extras were there, but not pepperoni. But hey, everyone makes mistakes, so I paid for another order and another delivery to get pizza with flies. One dead, 2 flew out of the box after I opened it. Definitely not cool.
Fantastic fish n chips. Crispy batter, delicious fish. A big portion of real chips. A little light on the salt n vinegar, but this didn't detract.
