Teresa was the highlight of the visit. Funny and knowledgeable, she made our visit fun. What a treat!
We did a pick-up order tonight - came home to find half our order was missing. Called the store - with doubt that anyone would answer - and the manager answered the phone. They were very quick to find us a solution that meet out needs and send a driver right away with our missing food. The manager was very apologetic, taking full responsibility - which was so nice to hear & no excuses for once. When the driver arrived we found they went above and beyond again by replace our whole order!!! Very impressed today - Thank you for putting a bit of faith back into humanity!
Ordered a pick up order and once I got home I realized part of my order didnt make it home with me. I called the store and the representative was very courteous. I dont frequent the restaurant more than once or twice a year so they figured out a solution for me. They went above and beyond to make it right and I really appreciate the effort! Thanks so much for the respect and great customer service!
