This restaurant has been renovated recently and looks very good. Good selection of foods available.
The order takers clearly don’t speak to the kitchen. You practically make the food yourself. Twice Ive eaten here. Both times ordered Poached egg & mushrooms ON toast. Both times asked for toast to be buttered. Both times Warm bread (I can only imagine they toast the bread with a lighter), no butter, nothing on the toast (that was really just warm bread) and poached eggs slopped into a bowl & mushrooms on a greasy plate. Poached eggs fall to pieces when trying to put the breakfast together. At a tenner for such a basic breakfast they can’t get right I won’t be trying a 3rd time.
Lovely and clean. Service was a little slow but it was busy. My husband said his meal could have been hotter.
