Love this place. Quality food . Been eating from here for more than 10 years . Has never disappointed.
Ive had Oriental Delights (their competition) and I would definitely choose Jade Garden every time. On days where they arent as busy or if youre ordering earlier/later time than dinner times, it takes no more than 10-20 minutes to receive your order (the wait time of course ranges from how big your order is). Portion size is great for the price! Their chicken balls isnt as doughy or greasy as Orientals and food is always warm and fresh. The busiest days are Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays (Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Mothers Day, etc.), so there are longer wait times during dinner times, but it still baffles me that some customers think that theyre entitled to have their order completed first just because they called in earlier when many other people are thinking the EXACT SAME THING. I know Jade Garden doesnt start preparing their food until it gets closer to the hour that you want it at, so that customers receive it hot and freshly made, but getting angry and complaining really doesnt help any of their staff members. I feel sorry for them whenever customers dont understand that theyre people too and theyre trying their best. Its not like they want to make their customers wait any longer than they have to. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant. Best Chinese food in town and they deliver too! Always comes with a free food item of your choice (only four choices, but its still free food).
