Really nice food and a very polite and happy delivery driver who seems great and I genuinely feel bad that the restaurant messed up and made his life hard.However it’s a shame that the service isn’t on the same level as the food or the driver. Order took forever, called to see where it was and it turned up 5 minutes later after initially being told they never had the order? Very chaotic phone call. Missing item from order. Called back, no refund option, item delivered 20 minutes later just as we were finishing our food. I will give it another go and hopefully it’s better next time.
Zero star rating!Order took over hour and a half to be delivered. When we phoned they said it had been delivered to the holiday park we were staying at. After several conversations it turnt out the lady in the shop didn't pass the driver our mobile number to call, as promised, on arrival therefore our food had been sat with security for 45 minutes. When I questioned the shop they blatantly lied saying we didn't speak to a the member staff because I lady didn't work there. When I finally received a call back from the manager he also lied. Food was obviously cold and soggy but was tasteless anyway. Would definitely no recommend this place. Very poor communication and customer service.
