This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is phenomenal! I had never tried Uyghur food before but not Im hooked. I especially loved the lamb kebabs but all the noodle dishes were great too (handmade noodles). Everything was spiced perfectly.

May 13tg, 2022 @ 1850hrs Bonjour folks, C’est ici le restaurant est tellement très bien. Vous devez venir ici pour essayer toute le menu! This is as authentic and as delicious and as flavorful as Uighur cuisine gets. This is our second time here and it’s our place of choice for any dining out experiences as a family. The “simsa” (Uighur word for samosa) melts in your mouth (fat, beef and onions) and it comes out fresh and hot and just at the right temperature. The cumin flavor is very fresh and prominent across their dishes. I’m generally not a fan of cubed kebabs, however, these kebabs here in the pic are tender, they don’t smell and they taste divine. Just the right amount of softness and peppered with a little bit of dry red chili (on the side), it’s a must have. The hand pulled noodles (Marjan) with mince meat are very filling. In fact any dish with the hand pulled noodles is good. The polao which is a rice dish is also cooked in fat and comes with pieces of grilled lamb that are deliciously tender and drip of flavor (who said fat is bad for you ☺️). The proprietor, Adil, is a thorough gentleman and courteous as well as humble. We’ve enjoyed our engagement with him and the staff and not to forget: very fast and efficient service. Our younger one loves their soup and we strongly recommend you try it along with the milk tea (served hot with salt and homemade cream - similar to Mongolian tea). بالتوفيق و بالبركة و كل عام و انتم بالف خير

Delicious food very authentic, the portion was also large. However, there were not much varieties in the menu. Their lamb and fried noodle is a must try. The spice they use was delicious.
