We went to ask about vegan food option for lunch and were informed by the staff that everything is halal. The 'bacon' is actually turkey and there's a halal logo printed on their menu. It's quite a challenge to find halal food in Dover via Google map/review. Hope more halal restaurants/food outlets display halal logo on their windows/doors. We went to White Cliff Tandoori yesterday, the food there also halal.

Nice, slightly quirky coffee house/cafe. Basic tables in the front, armchairs and sofas in the back - for me, the front is for work (better signal) but the back is respite, cut off from the digital world (unless you choose to use the free WiFi). Usually it's a place to meet people, catch up with bits of work in a relatively quiet atmosphere so you can hear each other talk. The coffee is really good - been in there many times and haven't had anything else tbh. Prices are good, staff are friendly & acknowledge you on entry.Really comfortable place.
