We were told a half hour wait for food. It took over an hour and a half. Part of our order didn't show up at all. The first person served finished their food before the next meal came out. The second and third people served were finished before the final person was served.A sign said 'dogs welcome, come in' but dogs weren't welcome where we were sitting. No mention that the satay chicken would actually be a level 5 heat-wise and my tongue would be burning after two bites for a solid hour. The table next to us returned their burgers stating they were not cooked. Toilets had no toilet paper or soap and were filthy.Thank goodness for the great ice cream shop down the road!
We ordered 2 double cheese burgers on the specials menu. We waited an hour and a half, and it come out under cooked. We then had to wait another half hour for a less than average burger. Lucky we filled up on overpriced drinks.
Waited an hour only to be served with cold oily food. Who in their right minds uses puff pastry on their fish tacos? Also who advertises ‘barramundi spring rolls’ when it’s quite obviously tin tuna. Extremely disappointing seafood selection for an establishment that calls themselves ‘trawlers’. Thank you for taking a substantial amount of my money and time I’ll never get back
