After going to the Museum of Science and Industry on a visit to Manchester we really fancied some
Been ordering from The Fish Hut for many years. It’s very good value for money considering it is in the city centre. The fish is always large and flavoursome, the tray is packed full of chips, curry sauce and gravy are great and the sausage is tasty too. The staff are always warm and friendly considering it can get very busy. The chips are a little on the soggy side but personally I love that. A real chippy.
Quite a modern fish & chip restaurant with dining on first and second floors access not suitable for disabled people. The business had very clean toilets .I had fried chicken, chips & mushy peas my friend had fish & chips . I only saw one member of staff doing the cooking and waiting on he seemed to be struggling to deal with the take away and restaurant services . The meal was OK but not great let down by the chips being only lukewarm . The cost was around 25% more than average so I expected a higher quality of meal. I noticed on leaving the premises the front door was in a fixed open position with cold wind blowing into the food prep area probably the reason for the chilled meal.
