Poorpoor show stood for 20 minutes waiting to be served while the wife sat on her own. After asking if i was invisible then getting served after another customer mentioned i had been waiting for ages the barmaid dodnt know what sailor Jerry's was. Last time ill be in this backed up butcher shop
Unfortunately not this visit ,I was there the week before and the service to be kind was rubbish a bar person ignored me and the place was very quiet I have been in the trade for over 50 years I was taught when a customer came in you acknowledged that person was waiting to be served time there was a better method to dealing with the customer's
I ate at the buccleuch yesterday,we had a nice meal good falue for money,friendly staff members, will definatly go back soon thanks.
