Unbelievably rude. I walked in behind a family and the gentlemen helped them I stood there at the same spot the family ordered from for 10 min. The guy then yelled at me to get in line. He wouldn’t take my order where the family ordered bc I was not in the right line. They are unbelievably overpriced but delicious however nasty and angry. No thanks I will go elsewhere .Note to management step it up with the employees. They don’t care about the customers. This is the second time something like this has happened. You are not the only bagels in town.
This place is the worst. Lucky for convenient location else they wouldn't be in business. I stopped asking for anything more complicated than the bagels alone, and even then they can't get the right 3 bagels in the bag. Spend your money elsewhere if you can.
The star is for the bagel which was good. Service is really poor. First the guy who served us was not cooperating when we asked how it works since we are tourists and are not familiar with it and didn’t bother to answer our questions on the menu. Plus the guy has a beard and does not wear any mask on for hygiene matters. Finally, I left my phone on the counter, when my husband got it for me one of the girls followed him and ordered me to unlock the phone in a very rude manner as if we stole it.. when leaving we outlined the fact that there were ways to talk to customers and that this was not one of them she simply replied : OKAY !! Basically this was a very unpleasant experience and I really felt unwanted from the staff. I don’t recommend to go there if you are a tourist PS. We tried the tal bagels on the upper east side!
