Two words for you, fish tacos !!!!!
The service was excellent. Our food arrived quickly. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The house hot sauces really added to the meal. Outdoor seating was comfortable. Easy to access from the freeway. Great spot for a break on your road trip.
Hate to be *that* person but I'm very crestfallen. My husband loves the fish and shrimp burrito here, like LOVES it, but I can't tolerate even very minorly spicy food for medical reasons. For years I've ordered the wantons and asked for them to make them all shrimp (no jalapeno) and sauce on the side, and they were always happy to do it. We recently moved away and made a special point to visit when on a trip to see friends so my husband could get his burrito fix, but in the six weeks or so since we were last here, they've apparently decided they are not willing to do this anymore, and were absolutely unwilling to make an exception even when we offered to pay extra. Guess this was my last trip here as there are only a couple other non spicy options in the menu and those are not appealing to me I'm afraid. I'm sad because the place is super cute and until now they've always been so helpful in accommodating my unfortunate quirk.
