I started going to orange theory in august of 21 as I was looking to add a bit of weight training and intervals to my fitness. I love how I just show up and the workout is different every time and challenges me. You do a combination of intervals on the treadmill, rowing and resistance training. It’s all coupled with a heart rate monitor so you and the coaches can see if you are working hard and there is a heart rate zone goal to help you keep progressing. It’s done in a team class environment and the coaches and staff have a super positive attitude and are all about fitness and don’t waste time talking politics or news and keep it real! There a few showers and bathrooms and a wheel chair accessible bathroom and shower. There is a large open area for getting ready and lots of lockers and places to hang Coats. They keep the place super clean and tidy. There is lots of parking outside and there is a coffee shop next door and beside that there is a booster juice. If you are looking for a challenging workout that keeps challenging you as you grow, give orange theory a try!
The coaches are excellent the environment is top notch and fellow members are always supportive definitely a one of a kind atmosphere!
I like the variety. It’s never the same workout, but always challenging. I know I get more out of going to Orange Theory than if I were to go to the gym solo.
