So glad my partner and I were able to find Dave’s shop in Oak Bay! We live in Langford and after calling a couple of Cobbler’s closer to us, we were referred to by one of them to Dave - citing him as a specialist. Top tier service. He specially ordered in a certain type of protective sole for us. And when we brought in a wedding shoe that needed “emergency” service - Dave provided NEXT DAY service, for not just the one pair, but both pairs we were wanting done. Thank you very much Dave, our new Cobbler :)
I cant express a big enough (in words) shout out and support for Dave and his business at Oak Bay Cobbler. He is absolutely amazing. Today - after not stopping there for about 10 yrs because I moved - I opened the door and he said, "I remember you and your brown business bag." Years back he sewed it for me in less than 24hrs and delivered it to me as I was off to meeting in Ottawa next morning. Today I finally had a chance to stop in to get Daves opinion about mixing straps on my leather purse. There is no one more honest and professional. Today he even was able to recall what I did professionally 10 years ago. Dave is a one-and-only and the work he does.
I found Daves shop through his great Google reviews. Hes very friendly and welcoming. I took in boots and heels needing some good TLC. Dave worked his magic and had them looking brand spanking new. He even polished them up. What great service. I highly recommend his work.
