Me and my wife have been wanting to try this little spot for awhile now and it didnt disappoint. Its a one man show here and the owner does not take any shortcuts to make anything faster. He provides a unique and memorable experience for every customer. Some customers are told about the potential long wait time but it is worth it as the food and the service is fantastic.
Great food and a great owner! We called ahead 15 minutes to order and the food was ready when we got there. The ramen is amazing and high quality. Karaage was so crispy. You can tell the care put into the food by the presentation. Highly reccomend, you must check it out.
We came to Nobuya based on the good online reviews and an article in Toronto Life. The owner-chef was very friendly. We ordered and tried many items on the menu. The food was very delicious. He said he sent 10 hours to make the pork broth for the ramen! This is what I called PASSION.As a guy who loves cooking, I appreciate the heart and soul of the chef. We should all support the local restaurants.
