Friendly service, great food and very large portions. Update: I use to really like this place but the taste is gone. My wife and I ordered from here yesterday again the first time in a long time and the breaded chicken taste like old cooking oil. We started going to another place because they are better. Come on New Hong Kong get it together. You use to be the best and the Almond chicken and the Sweet and Sour chicken tastes like old cooking oil. I hate to remove my 5 star rating but until it changes I can't give you five star. This is about 3 times over the last couple of years we tried you again and it still tastes like old cooking oil. There's no reason when you eat anything breaded all you taste is cooking oil. You can do better because you use to be the best around but I guess I will keep going to your competitor on Van Born. Good luck with upgrading your food quality.
I got sweet and sour chicken. It was very very good. The egg roll was very good. The service was friendly and fast. This is my new favorite place. Ive been trying to find a great place and I have found it. They have the red sauce with pineapples. The rice was fresh and not clumpy. Highly recommend. Lots of food for a great price.
Not only does the food look very appealing but the taste is great!!! I had the General Chicken and I’ve never had the way they make it and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had. We also ordered the Curry Chicken and that wasn’t disappointing at all! The crab Rangoon was very good. I also ordered the fried pot stickers and was expecting tiny things like usual but there things are HUGE! So much flavor! This has quickly become my favorite oriental restaurant!
