It was quiet and early evening. There is a nice old cast iron stove in a small room. It's got some features but nothing great. I didn't see any of the warm welcome raved about elsewhere. The service was quite sullen though some clients were laughing a fair bit. There had been a murder in town the previous day which must have weighed in minds.
Had a few pints with the locals, everyone was friendly and Mooneys is a nice pub to drink at
