Fast, cheap and tasty hotdogs, burgers, fries, and milkshakes! The food is freshly made and taste amazing. Its to bad it only opens during the warmer summer weather. Also they take cash or debit only!
L.A Franks is well located in downtown Galt in Mill Race Park. It has plenty of outdoor seating. The set-up is well organized. The service was excellent. The price was right and the food was fresh and tasted delicious. Would highly recommend stopping by for lunch.
Ive been coming here at least once a year since ~2014, even after moving out of Cambridge. Youll never meet friendlier staff and find a "everyone knows everyone" atmosphere as you eat nearby. This is a place for classic, delicious, old school burgers, fries and shakes. I personally recommend their chili items because its a savoury, flavourful chili that actually has beans in it, unlike other places which slap on a meat sauce and call it a day. The lemonades are tart and tasty, but if you have a sweet tooth, you might want to try a shake or just get ice cream. I cant stress how much I love the place for what it brings to the city - affordable, and a fun place to spend time with friends and family. None of the food will disapppint you.
