Kingston is a very beautiful place to stay! We stayed at Delta Hotel by Marriott and we walked around town to appreciate its beauty. There’s a park that you can sit by and relax. The only thing that I could comment on was the Pay parking everywhere you go. It’s like mini Toronto because of the Pay parking and one way streets. Me and my husband is happy to be here and would definitely come back! ❤️
The tranquil waterfront offers a picturesque view of the lake. The trail is about 8kms. You can walk, take a ferry to Wolfe island or just sit and relax and have breakfast near the lake. The Kingston’s shores are home to the Kingston Rowing Club, Yacht Club and Canadian Olympic-training Regatta.
Good place for stroll,especially short stay on long drive. On the weekdays the parking is exceptionally cheap .50 $ for 20 minute, many empty spots on William st and ontario st. If its sunny and cold have a seat on benches near wall it is very cozy sitting there and looking into the lake.
