Kings Inn - Orillia

Great management older model motel but very clean and tidy quiet stay and good value for rates and stayed many times the past few years and never disappointed and always my first choice.

Dear Potential Kings Inn visitors, I have stayed at Kings Inn in Orillia for almost 4 months. The hospitality that was received from the owner (Andi) was excellent. The room was an affordable price and the reason for that was because Andi was kind enough to negotiate a reasonable rate. I have looked around some motels in the area prior to finding Kings Inn and none of them were even willing to talk about a set rate fee. The room was a reasonable size with a washroom. The size was perfect for one person and when the room needed maintenance, Andi was kind enough to move me to another room that was double the size, without increasing my weekly rate fee. Thank you Kings Inn for all your kindness. I highly recommend this motel for anyone who may be attending school. Residence/renting a room can be costly but at Kings Inn, you get your own room with a washroom and the best part is that you do not need to share it with anyone. There is privacy and quietness so for students, this is a great place to get all your work done after school. It worked for me, so I am speaking from experience. Kings Inn is conveniently located near stores. The drive is about 2-3 minutes to the nearest supermarket. Also, a walking distance to the beach. This is a very affordable, convenient, clean and highly recommended motel. If you are thinking to come up to Orillia and need a place to stay, I would suggest Kings Inn. It is not a 5 start motel, but for the asking price, it is definitely worth it. Thank you Andi once again and I wish you and your business all the best!!

I really like staying at Kings Inn. It is relatively quiet there. Clean, quaint, and the owner is nice, kind and always willing to negotiate a cost under certain circumstances and the rooms are appropriately equipped in good running order. He regulates proper behaviour amongst people within his establishment, in otherwords no rowdies or bad behavioural people causing inappropriate disturbances to others or damaging his property. It is at a good location, very close to a restaurant, a grocery store, a variety store in a mini mall with other various stores and a spa, a bank+a pharmacy in the mini mall. Dwn twn Orillia is only a 10 min drive depending on traffic, access to Orillias Park, beach and harbour is on the same route to dwn twn Orillia. Across the street behind a border of trees is part of the greens at one of Orillias biggest golf courses. Behind the motel on his property is a pic nic and bbq area. I have stayed there a few times in past 2 months and never a problem and would rather stay there then in a big fancy hotel. :")
