Pros: I ordered a MAKE YOUR OWN COMBO with chicken steak and beef steak with spaghetti on black pepper sauce. Good portion, okay meal and cheap price. Cons: Their baked seafood on rice with cream sauce is pretty mediocre.

The new Hong Kong style breakfast has great value. Two fried eggs + ham/spam/sausage + fried noodle/vermicelli in soup + milk tea for less than $4!
