Nice beach for a swim or sunbake. Gets crowded on nice days. Easy access from Melbourne.
Magic. What a great place. Went at night for a after dinner walk. It's Winter, cold, wet & windy ..but it was absolutely worth it. Very enjoyable to be out in the weather no matter what it is. The beach & the improvements made are stunning & magical at night. Don't hold back, be brave, get out there and enjoy every moment.
It's definitely one of Melbourne's top beaches! It's a large beach with shallow waters and soft sand, excellent for relaxing and swimming. There's a limited number of parking spots on Nepean Highway and a ticketed parking area near the beach. I highly recommend that you go to this beach in summer!
