These people are so slow, people outside, patiently waiting for the check just left. Good for them. They had three servers for 4 tables of people, most tables just drinking beer. They had 8 open tables and a huge line of people waiting outside for half an hour in 100degree weather. The LEAST they could do is seat people and get them drinks.
The food is basically bland, very little authenticity to anything on their menu, the seating is crowded and it's not very spacious or clean, it's a pretty small cramped environment where you feel like everyone there is sitting together. The staff is not very friendly depending on who is working and often times when calling to place an order over the phone, I have been put on hold and forgotten about, only to then drive to the restaurant and have to tell them to check their phone that was still off the hook. Once maybe an honest mistake but more than that is just irresponsible laziness as well as zero pride in customer service. It's okay if you are looking for a fast, somewhat cheap impression of reasonably portioned Mexican food. Tried to give this place another chance, only to be further disappointed that while during business hours apparently they have forgotten how to answer their phone. Not sorry I didn't get thru and I ordered from a business that takes their customers seriously. Very poor customer service from this restaurant and to me that speaks volume.
