NO STARS. I DO NOT USUALLY DO REVIEWS. BUT IF IT SAVES THE NEXT PERSON FROM WAISTING THEIR MONEY. I WOULD WANT SOMEONE TO DO THE SAME. I CAME IN FOR A FULL SET OF COFFIN NAILS. THEY WHERE DIFFERENT SIZES. WHEN I ASKED THE TECHNICIAN TO FIX IT SHE WAS TRYING TO RESHAPE BOTCHED UP NAILS. I DIDN’T PAY FOR A BOTCHED UP JOB. SHE THEN GOT ON THE PHONE WITH MANAGER WHOM WAS AT UNICORN NAILS. THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO FIX AT THIS POINT NO POLISHED DRILLED NAILS. SHE SAID NO REFUND BECAUSE SHE WILL FIX IT. BUT AT HER CONVENIENCE. WE NEED TO START HOLDING THESE SHOPS ACCOUNTABLE AND STOP GIVING THEM OUR MONEY TO DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO. THE TECHNICIAN THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXING IT COULD’NT CAUSE SHE DOESN’T KNOW HOW. DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE❗️❗️❗️YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED❗️❗️❗️I TRIED POSTING PICTURES TO THEIR WEBSITE.
This was my first time going here and I wasn't disappointed! Lisa did my pedicure and she was amazing. She said it was her second day and she was so attentive and friendly, even helped me pick my color. She took perfect care when removing the littlest of polish that was over the nail and even redid a nail that she didn't think looked perfect. I didn't feel rushed or overlooked. It was a little pricey for a regular pedicure but this service made it worth it. Will definitely go again and ask for Lisa.
My husband and I came in to get pedicures! We were beyond blown away by the service! Not only were the two women who helped us so sweet and professional, they made sure we were comfortable and happy with the service we were getting. We both were able to just sit back and relax and enjoy the experience. This was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. My feet have always been dry and hard to scrub. I’ve left places with crack and bleeding but not here! She was so gentle and did an amazing job! My husband said his feet have never been softer! Thank you so much for an amazing experience! Also those massage chairs were amazing! 10/10 recommend!!
