Beautiful lake and trails but limited public transit options in Winter and Spring. There are many activities to do there including swimming, kayak, fishing… There is a dog off-leash area. This place has no phone service and wifi.
Our first choice for kayaking or hiking. A lot of picnic space, nice beach and infrastructure. Free parking. Trails.
Beautiful lake and trails!! You have beach areas (including off-leash dog area) with lots of space to enjoy the view. Washrooms, tables and parking space available (however, it gets extremely busy during summertime and you have to get there really early to find a spot!).The trail is really nice and not too challenging.. dogs are allowed on the trails. The water is really cold, but it’s perfect to paddle board, go kayaking, etc.
