Normally, we love Buddies, and have frequented in the past. Tonight we were seated very quickly, but sat in the booth for 20 minutes without a server even acknowledging us. 4 different servers walked by us, even made eye contact, but we were never greeted or anything. We got up to leave and told the hostess and she didn't really seem to care. Hopefully just a one time deal, but the attitude was high and the service not there.
My wife loves the chicken pita and I get nachos supreme and take home extras for three more meals. Excellent. Service was fine.
Me and my wife and four kids went to buddies on Saturday with my oldest daughter her husband and two kids. We sat at one table but payed separately. The food was good and the service was great but I wish they would have told us that there was an automatic 20 percent gratuity for a table of 8 or more even though we payed separately . I would have sat at two tables and that would have saved me the 22.00 gratuity and I would have tipped a fare amount instead. Between the two of us they took 31.00 in gratuity for one table which is ridiculous. I will definitely not go back, the food was good but way overpriced and the automatic 20 percent gratuity is ridiculous. .
