Needed some hot soup during the rainy day and found Biang Biang. First time trying.Beef braised noodle 4/5It was very savoury with generous amount of beef cube. Ramen texture is perfect, spongy and tender. Love the soup but didn’t finish because it just too big bowl! Good for sharing with a side dish.Chives and egg dumpling 4/5This is a surprised. Din expect to be so good. Usually chives will be dominant but this is just right and still can taste the egg. Dumpling skin is well done as well. Will I come back again? 3.5/5Maybe yes if I’m back in Canberra? But there’s other food to try around, so many not until I tried all the food.
Great to see Biang Biang opened up in Canberra. The food and quality here are consistent in quality with the other branches. Flavours are bold and can be quite spicy. Love the hand pulled noodles which are thick and the perfect texture.
