Honestly, the first time I went here was wonderful. The second experience was great too until I went to pay. They give you a discount for giving a Google review. That was fine until the lady told me to edit my review because it wasn't up to her standards, I edited it then she wanted to see what I wrote before I posted it to see if it was within her liking. I thought it was completely rude to do that and uncalled for which is the only reason why I'm doing this.If you have to pay for 5 star reviews then that's a red flag itself.
I went to Target on Easter Sunday, but they were closed for the holiday. I came across this nail shop a few doors down and I'm so glad I did! It is has a salon feel, not just a nail shop. It has really nice decor and peaceful music. I like that no one tried to upsell me to get gel polish or a pedicure. I'll be back for waxing though. Oh and I love my nails! I found my new nail spot!
My mom goes to this salon so had my daughter tried it. She had an acrylic set from a previous salon. They were lifting in a week and the shape was bad. Best Beauty was able to recommend my daughter to the right technician. She was able to redo the entire new set with a beautiful coffin shape. My daughter was so relieved because she needed to get them fixed ASAP before she leaves for her school retreat. Highly recommend! We will be back!
