While on vacation in Old Orchard Beach, Maine my wife and I went to the Bell Buoy Restaurant for dinner. I am happy to say the minute we walked in the door we were eagerly and happily greeted immediately. The restaurant was extremely clean and the staff was incredible!!! Our server was Doug and he was extremely knowledgeable and was a absolute pleasure to be around!!! He made suggestions from the menu and the choices were amazing and extremely delicious!!! As we were eating he would always keep checking to see if we needed anything and was very respectful!!! The owner/chef Linda came out to our booth and introduced herself, she was an amazing person to talk with and her food she prepared was simply awesome. The steak and seafood we had was outstanding, perfectly cooked and seasoned!!! Great atmosphere and we will definitely return!!! I highly recommend the Bell Buoy Restaurant!!!
My wife and I love this place. We stay out here for a week or more sometimes and eat here every day. Food is awesome and you get what you pay for. Only opinion I would offer is to update the place. Get ride of rugs, put in a new ceiling with lights and paint walls. And you could add 5 more stars if you could.
It was very good. The food was good and the service was good. It was extremely busy but that did not seem to make a difference. My parents used to take us there as kids when we would vacation in OOB. Cool to go back.
